Twilight Eclipse star Jackson Rathbone appears on the newly unveiled movie poster for "The Last Airbender". The new move which will be in theaters on July 2nd, is a big screen translation based on a popular animated TV series. It's directed and produced by M. Night Shyamalan who brought us great films like "Sixth Sense" and "Signs".
"The Last Airbender" will be about a world where the four elements: Water, Earth, Air and Fire are controlled by powerful individuals known as "benders". The main character is a young boy named Aang who is the last of the Airbenders. He's the only hope to stop a dangerous war from breaking out as the Fire Nation looks to take over the other three elemental nations. Sounds like quite the adventure and the effects should be great, especially in 3-D!
