Lee Pace to Join the Breaking Dawn Cast?

Filming of the fourth Twilight Saga movie, Breaking Dawn, is rapidly approaching, with casting rumors just now hitting the internet. The latest actor thought to be joining the cast is Lee Pace, star of 2007's offbeat TV show Pushing Daisies.
Pace is reportedly set to play Garrett, a Nomad vampire first introduced towards the end of Breaking Dawn. He's described as an adventurer, with a tall stature, ruby red eyes and long sandy brown hair. He's romantically linked to Denali vampire Kate, and assists the Cullens as they prepare to fight the Volturi.
Pace has the height and hair color down though, at 31-years-old, is he too old to play the part of Garrett? If Peter Facinelli can make Carlisle look sexy and flawless, we think he can pull it off. What are your thoughts, Twilighters?
You can see Breaking Dawn Parts 1 and 2 in theaters in November 2011 and November 2012.
